Ward 8 cocktail to kick things off (a classic from Chicago) then the Kale and Cabbage salad (barmaid recommended) with Steak, finished off with the Lunch IPA from the Maine Beer Company: all delicious

Nice dinner option near TD Garden. The Steak Frites was delicious and they make a great Moscow Mule. On the other end the Striped bass ceviche was under seasoned and the Madeline Cake dessert meh.

Tres IPA en la carta de cervezas tiradas, lo cual ya es muy buena señal. Probé la Breakside, muy rica. Excelente para acompañar el 5 Layer Dip.

drinks and dinner both solid. they stay true to classics, but do a good job. the service is attentive, the atmosphere warm & welcoming. tips: get the curry mussels--they are warming, not too heavy

Brunch punch is dangerously awesome - a great hipster spot in the West End and an excellent place for groups.

Skip the lobster "hole", order the duck wings and ask the bartender for her list of the best lobster rolls instead. Drink a Lion's Tail while you do this.

Brunch menu is stellar - Eggs Benedict is one of the best in the city. Bacon-infused Bloody Mary is also amaze!

Zagat says, "Duck wings ($12) in a chile maple sauce have already become a thing of local lore. One sticky, sweet, succulent bite and it's easy to see why."

Named for a classic cocktail, Ward 8 specializes in classic cocktails, complemented by snacks like maple chili duck wings and entrees like cod bouillabaisse.

The atmosphere here was fantastic, big windows with plenty of natural sunlight, beautiful wall decorations, and lots of mirrors to make it seem like a bigger area. The staff was friendly, but in a really relaxed kind of way. It almost felt like my friend was serving me. The menu itself is also great, not to many options where you get overwhelmed, and a great variety of options. This includes a full bar, with a lot of local beer options, I got a local Belgium White myself that was very citrusy and delicious! For my meal, my girlfriend and I split an appetizers and a meal to taste as much as possible. The food came fairly quick, but were there at 5pm so it wasn't too busy. The duck wings were FANTASTIC. Coming from someone who had never had duck before, they were very flavorful. Next was the chicken sandwich, crunchy, juicy, and great homemade pickles. The French fries were a little over salted, but overall great. We decided to get some dessert as well, homemade soft serve mint chocolate chip ice cream. I would go back for just this! Seriously amazing. I would highly recommend you check this place out, one of my best experiences in Boston restaurants.

Pros: Duck wings appetizer is succulent (though messy). Fries are good. I found a tiny pearl in the oyster I ate. Cons: Loud. Waitress had too many tables, so my water stayed empty and we couldn't get in a second drink order. Greek salad was ice cold and had a sweet yogurt sauce that was gross. Lobster roll was mediocre for the price. Cocktails were weak and sweet.

This salmon dinner plate was cooked to perfection. The flavors blended deliciously, the black rice was a pleasure and made the dish stand out. I have eaten a lot of fish and I have to say this was one of my favorites.

Duck wings are phenomenal. The fried chicken sandwich was also very good. They have a pretty good beer selection. It is extremely loud though
