Gorgeous stadium! So worth it to take the tour. They take you into the visitor clubhouse and dugout, not to mention the media floor and a private suite.

Great ballpark with good seats throughout. Walking distance from downtown hotels or a quick cab ride. Only several blocks from some cool bars near Pioneer Square.

Feeling adventurous? Try the fried crickets - it tastes vinegary and has a brittle texture. Chase it down with some garlic fries if you must, then pat yourself on the back for at least trying it.

One of the most beautiful stadiums in the country, with a ton of good food options. Garlic fries are a must, just make sure you have gum.

Alright I'll admit the tickets are cheap, the food is great, the wifi is strong and the seas are super comfy definitely the best baseball field

Absolutely gorgeous. Really isn't a bad seat in the house, and I've sat dead centerfield in the last row.

In New York, they say Yankee Stadium is the House That Ruth Built. In Seattle, they say Safeco Field is the House That Griffey Built.

Safeco Field officially opened on July 15, 1999 in the middle of the baseball season. The retractable roof takes about 10 minutes to fully close.

Among the many great food options at Safeco, my favorites were the Cheddar Bratwurst w/ grilled onions and sauerkraut (best sausage/dog) and the "Ichiroll" sushi (best food name in MLB).

Will I got hair cut cost, shoes, help getting a back-brace,help with some dental questions. Hot food my helper was very nice and very helpful in every aspect of my visit. My wife is in West Africa at the moment and couldn't be with me. But she sends her thanks for helping us out at our time of need.

Was there for Whiskey Rock's, great event, great products. Wish they had planned better, crowded in the halls in the terrace club. Flash backs of 'hall passing between bells at highschool" yeah I was likely drinking back then too, but I did not need a reminder. They have banquet rooms on either end that could have opened it all up, for the bands at least. But, Whiskey Rock's, ROCKED!

This stadium is really special. Lots of options when it comes to seating. You can get in for as little as starting around $40 but can also pay up to $200+ if you want to be close to the field. On our latest outing there we sat 11 rows behind 3rd base and each ticket cost us $138. It was well worth it, because the view was incredible. THe stadium is clean and the staff were professional and courteous. The beers were expensive, but that's the case everywhere. The beer vendors come down about every 20-30 minutes and sometimes run out so I'd recommend ordering a couple at a time! If you're not into beer, they also sell wine and if I remember correctly it was about $1 per ounce... Expensive, but tasty good ballpark food. You'll have to try the toasted crickets, surprisingly delicious. Overall, a truly amazing experience.Go Mariners!

Safeco Field is Great and very busy during a game. There's plenty of bathrooms, food, drinks, good games, and a lot of people. The food is on the high side, hotdog $7 for a dog and bun anything else you have to put on yourself. Sweet potato fries another $7. A large canned beer $12. We sat in section 119 row 38 seats 1,2,3,4 and where very happy with the seats. It is covered which blocks the afternoon sun and just a few steps away from food. NOTE: That seat 3 did have a few drops of water coming down from the overhang, not sure why but it wasn't enough to mess up the game. But the seat in front of us did have quiet a bit of water dripping down. So I would avoid seats #3 in the top rows of section 119

Very beautiful stadium, one of the best in baseball with some really great yet over expensive food(but what food isn't at sporting events these days) We go here about ten times a year and have never had a bad experience, the fans are mostly nice and the ushers are strict but not to the point where they are ruining your experience... it's kinda hard to piss them off. All I can say is that most all of the sections are family friendly except for the pen in Center Field it is full of drunk college kids who have been drinking since three hours before the game during happy hour right up until the last out so avoid that. Anyway I hope you have a great time at the ballpark and enjoy(though they are kinda rare) a mariners win!
